Art Cortez has performed over thousands of residential and commercial inspections since becoming a building consultant and inspector in 2000. He is qualified, professional and a certified building inspector in Quebec and is proudly serving Montreal and surrounding cities for over 10-years now. He passed the competency AIBQ exam (a Canadian Association of Home and Property Inspectors - CAHPI provincial affiliate) and became a full member in 2003. He has the 4E's qualifications - civil engineering degree, experience, expertise and education. He has been affiliated with Les Inspecteurs en Batiment du Quebec owned by Robert Wright- a member of the Les Association des Inspecteurs en Batiment du Quebec.
